Rethink that

By now, unless you've been living in a hole, you've heard of ex-pastor Ted Haggard's troubles. Yesterday his letter of resignation was read to the congregation. He said (among other things),
"...I would find myself thinking thoughts and experiencing desires that were contrary to everything I believe and teach,"
Perhaps this should be an indication that you might want to re-think your beliefs and teachings. Especially since the thoughts and desires are completely natural.

The amount of self-loathing he has encouraged in the approximately 700 (closeted) gay men we know must be in his congregation, not to mention his crusade against legally legitimizing what are obviously more stable relationships than his with his wife just because the parties involved happen to be the same sex, should earn him a special spot in hell. If you believe in that place.

"Re-think" implies that these people thought in the first place, which I doubt.
