Stuffed

Nana's stuffing:
(By popular --or TVB-- demand)
wet white bread (soak a loaf then wring it out)
tart baking apples, diced
bulk sausage (1 lb per loaf)
onion
parsley
-that's the basics, there's salt, pepper, sage, etc. involved as well.

Squish it all together and squash it into your bird.

I don't think I've ever had sausage in stuffing, though I know it's not uncommon.

(But oysters just DON'T belong.) (Ick.)

apples (about two)
parsley (about a handful)
sage (about a tsp)
salt and pepper to taste.
