That which inspires awe

Lake Superior State University's 32nd annual List of Words Banished from the Queen's English for Mis-Use, Over-Use and General Uselessness held a word that we hold dear here in the U.S.: awesome. Personally, I would be thrilled to see this word revert back to its original meaning. There should not be very much in this world that truly inspires awe.

Certainly not your pal Dylan's newest skateboard. Nor best friend Ashley's skirt.
