Food for thought stomachs

On Friday I had a really super food day. Spice cake with homemade cream cheese frosting for breakfast, Indian buffet (including suprisingly good goat) for lunch and a fantastic pan-roasted duck breast in a black fig - marsalla reduction for dinner finished with coffee and a just-this-side-of-heaven creme brulee.
The pizza on Saturday was a HUGE let-down.
