Things are warming up

GM announced yesterday that it is joining a group of companies called CAP (Climate Action Partnership) which is calling for mandatory caps on greenhouse gas emissions. General Motors joins current members, including Alcan, Dow Chemical, Deere & Co., Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and Shell, who now formally recognize somethings that this administration refuses to accept:
Global warming is a fact.
Global warming is, at least in part, attributable to human actions and inventions.
Global warming must be addressed by laws regulating the emissions which the White House refuses to endorse because it will, they say, "hurt the economy".
How sad it is that the biggest capitalists in the world are telling our President that he is too concerned with making money.
