Some one needs to explain to Condi that war, successful or not (and I think the jury is still out on that one), does NOT stablize a country. Ever. And you would think our top diplomat would be familiar with the fact that nothing is more stable than a dictatorship. Much like the unbelievably stable --while horrifyingly cruel-- dictatorship that we toppled in our invasion of that previously-sovereign nation.
