It's currently 65°F at my house. Today the forecast high temperature in Oslo, Norway, is 90°F. That's just wrong.
They even point out that "the temperture of the water in the Oslo Fjord was rapidly rising. It's often still below 10C (50F) in early June, but Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reported water temperatures at some Oslo-area beaches of 18C (nearly 70F) on Tuesday morning."
Speaking as someone who's been in that fjord, I can assure you that 50°F is a generous estimate for early July. brrrrrr.

Your information on Norway's waters inspired me to check in with the Artic Sea and Ice News and Analysis page:
http://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/ and check out the Artic ice extent. Have a look.
