The vageries of meatloaf

Meatloaf, when prepared properly (NOT using one of those packets) is a dish that can never be duplicated. This is unfortunate only on the occasions that you happen upon a killer combo.
Last night's was good, but not as good as the saltine/salsa combo I came up with last time. Next time I'm considering gorgonzola and bran flakes. I may not be able to duplicate one, but they're ALWAYS good and they are always interesting.

If you're interested, I have a recipe for a meatloaf that tastes like a big Swedish meatball. Yum.

I guess it's all a matter of taste (Duh!), but I much preferred this one over the salteens. Gorganzola and Bran flakes; Yikes! You making this for me, or for my dad.....
