Nuts

I've taken up a new snack: dry-roasted, unsalted pistachios. While they do have a lot of fat, they also have a lot of fiber. And they have low sodium and no cholesterol.
What I love about them is that, if shipped in bulk in a shipping container, they can spontaneously combust. You have to admire that in a snack food.
