Christmas dinner --or not.

Yesterday, Jim over at the Velvet Blog, posted about mushrooms. He closed his post with "If you have a favorite revolting dish, do share." I couldn't let a challenge like that go unanswered, so I hauled out the classic Scandinavian Cooking book and flipped to any page. (This one happens to be page 42, if you want to reference your own copy at home.) Here it is, possibly the most revolting dish ever (although anything with meat and the term "jellied" is a really bad idea.)
