I'm travelling for work and staying in exotic locales such as Indianapolis and Cincinnati. We get hotel rooms with televisions. (Are there hotel rooms without them?)
But even so, I find myself unimpressed.
You may not know, but back in 2009 with the analog to digital switch, we did not convert the two old sets we had in the house and subsequently have not had TV for about four years. So you would think that as soon as I check into my room and settle in, the first thing I'd grab is the remote control. But I don't. Contrary to the idea of forbidden fruit, I have not yet turned the set on.
Maybe I'll see what MTV has in place of actual music....
Nah.
I packed four books.
