Hey folks it's time for the "feel good movies of the season."
Munich -about the assassination of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics.
King Kong -about a giant ape who falls in love and then falls to his death.
Brokeback Mountain -about two shepherds who alternately kiss and beat up eachother.
Capote -about a bitter fat gay man.
Pride and Prejudice -Regency repression meets Cinderella.
Narnia -allegory of Christ's death.
I'm almost grateful that Arnold is governer and didn't make time in his busy execution schedule to make a sequel to his last attempt at Christmas jollity. Or Chevy "you're never too old for a pratfall" Chase is still recovering from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation MXXXVII. Or Disney has not yet regurgetated another piece of schlock for Tim Allen.
No, wait. I'm not almost grateful. I am grateful. This may not be a merry listing, but I'm betting these are actually GOOD movies.
