Owen and Mzee are celebrating their one year anniversary after being thrown together by tragedy and strife. Persistence and devotion has brought their love to bloom. Ack. Sounds like a Hallmark Hall of Fame Sunday Night Movie. But it's true (well, not the love part, that's just us silly humans anthropomorphizing the poor things). Let's wish Owen (2 yrs. old) and Mzee (130 yrs. old) our best for the new year. Some May-December relationships were obviously meant to be.
