O'blessing

This year's St. Patrick's Day in the U.S. will be celebrated with beer, stout, potatoes, beer, cabbage, and (by special permission) corned beef. For one Friday only during Lent this year, many U.S. Bishops are allowing a special dispensation to indulge in a bit of meat.
Because apparently one can't celebrate one's patron saint without the corned beef.
