mellow

I have a confession to make: I like Peeps.
It seems wrong. Peeps strike me as something you are supposed to outgrow. Like bubblegum and miniskirts. After a "certain age" you stop doing some things and liking Peeps ought to be one of those.
I'm justifying my weakness for the pink bunnies and yellow chicks by pointing out that marshmallow has existed since ancient Egypt. It used to be made from a plant called (creatively enough) the marsh mallow. In addition, Wikipedia points out that "marshmallows are popular with children and adults alike...." So. There.

But the truly important question is do you like them fresh or stale? I'm a stale Peeps fan all the way.

I'm a fresh Peep-er all the way. If I have leftovers this April, I'll send them your way.

Perhaps if they were dipped in chocolate ...
