In a recent literacy survey, "Cleveland, Ohio, scored the highest for library resources, with St. Louis coming in second. The library category was a measure of five variables, such as the number of library professional staff and total branch libraries relative to library patrons."
I love libraries. So, despite my best efforts and a world-class library system, we still didn't make the top ten, but we're number one where it counts. (I think!)

The people actually have to read the stuff we have and then apply their newfound reservoir of interesting facts in their daily lives. When that happens, then we'll be a smartypants city.
