Dog meat is off the menu at officially designated Olympic restaurants in Beijing this summer. This got me to wondering what kind of dog? Is there a taste difference between a terrier and a hound? A dachshund and a dane? Do you order by breed? What goes well with dog? And we'll need a very good sommelier to recommend a wine.
