Perfect 10

Yesterday was 10-10-10 and 334 days prior to that it was 09-09-09. In 397 days it will be 11-11-11. Cool. Fun. But really these are kind of arbitrary numbers from a calendar based on the theoretical resurrection of a crucified carpenter.
In China it was the 3rd day of the 9 month of the 99th year of the Republic. Or for Muslims it was the 2nd of Thul-Qedah, 1431. It was the 2nd of Cheshvan, 5771, for Hebrews. None of those dates are "cool" (although in six days it looks like China is gonna hit the 9's hard).
I hope you enjoyed your 10-10-10. I spent mine decorating for the Halloween. And reading Mental Floss's top 10 lists. Even though it's the 11th now, the lists are still worth a look.
