Ronald Ball claims to have found a dead mouse in his can of Mountain Dew after he drank some. Ewwwww!!
Pepsi says he's making it up. As proof, Pepsi has expert testimony that "the mouse would have dissolved in the soda had it been in the can from
the time of its bottling until the day the plaintiff drank it."
Which now begs the question, how many mice have dissolved in Mountain Dew?
