I'm not sure I get this. If I vote for Barack Obama for president, does it automatically make me a victim? Will I begin getting government checks the day after the election or do I have to wait for inauguration day? And I can stop paying my taxes with the 2012 tax year? Please, Mr. Romney, fill me in on the details.
