Vacation

Okay, my regular readers might have noticed that I failed to post on Thursday and Friday. Chances are, since my regular readers are most likely related to me or "friends" on Facebook (or both), they know the lack of posts is due to the fact that we were in New York City for our anniversary celebration this year.
We had a phenomenal (expensive and worth every penny) dinner at Daniel NYC and spent the weekend being gawking Midwestern tourists. The only downside was the rainy Friday which made a trip to the observation deck of the Empire State Building obsolete. And soggy.
The vacation was great. The city is full of wonders. The food was impressive. The company was entertaining. I loved almost every minute of the trip. But, oh boy, does it feel good to be home!
