Sometimes when I pose a question here for musing purposes, I can guess (or even know) the answer. This one has me completely stumped, so if you know, please share!
Why do we associate spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger with autumn (especially because their native locations are not autumnal in climate)?
