Equinox

Today is the first day since March 20 that daylight minutes are fewer than night minutes. Or, as we like to say, "the days are getting shorter," which of course, makes no sense. The days are still 24 hours long. The sun is just not shining as long. Well it's shining all the time, we just don't see it as long.
Anyway. The point is:  I need to get some mums.
